Stephan B. Rogers has over 28 years of experience in civil appeals, trials, and administrative contested case proceedings in diverse areas of the law, including real estate law, school law, commercial law & business disputes, insurance law, water law, constitutional law & civil rights, defamation & media law, employment law, consumer law, unfair competition & trade secrets law.


A major focus of his practice is representing real estate brokers and agents in all aspects of their profession, including risk management training, defense of claims and litigation, administrative complaints, compliance and ethics review, broker arbitrations, business disputes, and agency contracts.

Mr. Rogers is a San Antonio native with extensive knowledge of the legal environment in the San Antonio, Hill Country and South Texas regions.
